Digipack (step by step)

 

When producing my digipack I included a front and back cover and also two inside pages, the font that I used throughout this is ‘Handwriting – Dakota’ and the background colour is cream. These colours and fonts have both been used throughout the ancillary tasks, so that when people see this they associate it with Joe Brooks.

 

For my CD/DVD digipack I began by measuring the dimensions of a DVD so that I could assert them to mine. After doing this I picked a background colour, which I thought would match the genre. For the spine I made it black with the name of the artist in white.

 

                  

 

After getting the basics done I started adding this, in the two bottom corners beside the spine I inserted black spiral silhouettes of flowers the suit the theme of acoustic and relaxed.  It also stops it looking bare.

                                                           

 

Above is the finished version of the DVD cover, the back lets the viewer know what is includes on both the CD and DVD, the barcode is also situated in the bottom left.  The front cover has a picture of the singer along with his name, the name of his new album (Time Machine). The bottom right has the DVD logo and the age rating which is a U.

After taking into account of the possible risks that could occur during my filming I have produced a risk assessment table stating how these problems could be solved.

Website Draft Design

This is my draft website design that I have created. I have used the same font as the font included on the logo, their will is a media player that plays his songs when you are on the homepage along with pictures of himself and his logo in the bottom right corner. The top stories will be shown on the homepage also so that the fans of Joe Brooks can see big information about him, this could be a Tour, New Sing etc. I have used the colour orange as it is a very relaxing colour which works well with his style of music. The links are on the left hand side of the page so that you can easily navigate around it.

Shooting Calender

NOVEMBER SHOOTING CALENDER

I have put together a shooting calender to shoot around my college and work hours. During my free periods on a wednesday and I can shoot then for definate. However on weekends their is a possibility that I can depending on whether I am working. The dates have started from November 2nd as that is when we return from our half term holidays.

I will spend all the time after my shooting has been completed to work on the editing as this will take the most time. I am confident that I will get at least 6 days shooting which should be enough, if not then I will have to take some more free time to complete it.
